Children Worldwide Expects Each Member To Be:
- Able to fulfil their individual calling within the Children Worldwide/Evangelical
- Alliance Statement of Faith and Aims
- Able to comply with the obligations of membership
- Able to fit into the denomination of the church in which they are working, without compromising their beliefs
- Able to work as part of the CW team, while allowing other members to specialise in a particular age group or field and develop their own ministry
- Responsible for their own work
- Happy for a Council of Reference member or member of the CW Management Group to observe their work
- Accountable to the following for the work they undertake:
- God
- The churches they serve
- Their Council of Reference/Personal Support system
- The Children Worldwide Management Group via the General Directors, and ultimately the Directors of Family Foundations Trust.
